Order was fine, pickup was fine, food was good, this time everything turned out as we ordered it. The only problem I had was the fact that the girl didn't seem like she was there. I mean, I understand that people need to work to earn money, but if you don't want to be at work, don't show up, or don't do the customer service part of the job. Stay back and assemble the food. The food was fresh and came from hot service was great at this point and we love the new strawberry flavor Frosty that they have here. I hope this helps you and has a great day.
Not even close!!! This is by far the most beautiful Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. It feels like you could be in a nightclub with comfortable seating and great music. Brian was amazing and recommended the vanilla ice cream coffee, which completely transformed my experience. The food was perfectly wrapped and tasted exceptional—no exaggeration. In this area, besides cheesecake, it’s the best place to eat. They even have bar seating in the back with built-in chargers!
Sabian was an exceptional employee with a fantastic attitude and strong work ethic. His appreciation really shone through, and it was clear that he was committed to doing his job well. Our order was fresh, accurate, and delicious. The restaurant itself was also clean and immaculate.
The order was processed smoothly, the pickup went without a hitch, and the food was delicious—everything was just as we requested this time. However, I did notice one issue: the staff member who assisted me didn’t seem fully present. I get that everyone has to work to earn a living, but if you're not enjoying your job, it might be better to stay away from customer service. Perhaps just focus on assembling the food in the back. It’s curious, but those working at the drive-thru often seem to struggle with their roles.
