Subway - Kapolei

This review is a month too late, but I can still get to the customer service. In all my underground experiences from NYC to NC and now here in Kapolei. That was by far the best, service was excellent, sandwich was made exactly what I wanted without hesitation. The young man who leaned towards my sandwich was so professional and friendly. I and another Lord could not help, but complicate him and his manierism. I hate that I don't know his name, but he'll edit it when I get back in.

There were three staff members working, so the line moved quickly, and they honored nationwide promotions, which isn't the case at some other franchise locations on the island. The service was quite good; the staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Based on other reviews, I imagine the experience may vary depending on who serves you, but I personally had a pleasant visit. The ingredients were fresh, the bread was nicely toasted, and they had all three sandwiches I wanted. I would recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area.

I believe this is referring to Farrington's. After a long, fulfilling day at work, I stopped by to pick up a sandwich for my husband—a turkey bacon avocado sandwich. The gentleman who assisted me was incredibly friendly and crafted the perfect sandwich. I truly appreciate his kindness. Thank you so much!
