Finding the entrance was a bit tricky since it’s located down a hallway through the lobby of the Embassy Suites. However, once inside, I was really impressed with the food selection and presentation. Everything was delicious and served at the right temperature, and the portions were generous.

What User doesn't like about Sprig’s Grille:
I ordered the gyoza, which was deep-fried to the point of having a hard shell. It felt like it had come straight from the freezer and the texture was burnt. The chicken wings were heavily coated and fried too hard. They should have been glazed with a thick sauce, but instead, they were just overwhelmingly salty. I did like the pictures on the website, but they didn't entice me to try anything else on the menu. I felt... View all feedback.
We waited for the hostess stand for a few minutes and finally went to the bar. After talking to the bartender, we waited a few minutes to the host until we had set ourselves. there were noisy music that sounded in an empty space next to the dinning room. the tables and stands are fundamental. I had the fatuccini alfredo that was shot like a spade. Yes, I knew it would have been sparing, but the taste of spargel was overwhelming. the Alfredo sauce was casual and not creamy. my wife had spaghetti and meatballs. the meatballs had a strange taste that my wife could not describe, so she spited it out. the sauce itself was tasteful and the noodles were good.
Really disappointed in the food. Although the presentation was beautiful, the meal came cold. They only had three gluten-free options (including the steak) on the entire dinner menu. The Cornish hen was a gluten-free option, but there must have been a communication disconnect between the waitress and kitchen, as the potatoes came topped with French fried onions (which are not GF). The hen tasted good, but was a bit dry, and the kale was too salty. The Mexican street corn was okay.
My parents 62 anniversary. Food was good except my grilled chicken tasted fishy like it was grilled after a piece of fish. And I’ll definitely go back for the Kalbi fries
Portions are big, one plate can feed 2-3 easily. Great place for a quick bite to eat that serves local inspired dishes. Service was incredible; all employees were friendly and attentive
Our waitress was amazing!! We will definitely go again and will look for her to be our waitress again!!
