Ruby Tuesday - Kapolei
Ruby Tuesday
Description
This cozy neighborhood spot pairs lively Sunday-football energy and cold beer with genuinely attentive service. The menu delivers solid, affordable fare — from a reliable sirloin to Cajun-style seafood — and food often arrives hot and fast. Atmosphere is homey and relaxed, making it an easy after-work choice, though the space shows its age with dated decor and some maintenance issues. Overall, warm staff and good value keep locals coming back despite occasional uneven dishes.

Great place to see Sunday football games! Great service, friendly staff, it is a real one like home experience . Good selection of games! Cold beer and good food! A scream to Brittany, the Sunday bartender, who makes an amazing work that sits up with all football fans!!!
There customer service absolutely wonderful and it Steak definitely really good. My husband and I were impressed.
Always love this place clean, friendly, great service, great food, little waiting time, no matter how full.
These four stars totally belong to the service team. Our visit included some awesome service and I couldn’t praise them more. The food is okay, about what can be expected from a chain restaurant. The spicy crispy chicken was a bit gristly and the buffalo sauce was much overdone, like the cooks got excited that someone ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. The building is pretty antiquated with 1970ish style and missing ceiling tiles, I presume from water leaks. All in all, the service is what made this visit pleasant.
