Pho Co - Kapolei
Pho Co
Description
A casual neighborhood pho spot where moments of genuinely good broth are undermined by inconsistency: bland or less-authentic batches, thicker/dried noodles, and reduced vegetable portions. Higher-than-expected prices and a strict condiment policy sharpen disappointment, while service swings between attentive gestures and unprofessional lapses. Worth a tentative try for curious diners, but pho purists seeking reliable, traditional flavor and steady service may want to look elsewhere.

This pho was one of the worst I've ever had. While the soup was good, the noodles didn't taste like traditional pho noodles at all. They were overpriced, and I won't be returning.
I'm originally from California, where the pho is arguably some of the best around, so I had high expectations for this place based on the reviews. Unfortunately, the pho was quite bland and lacked the depth of flavor and spices I was hoping for. Additionally, the noodles were different from the ones I’ve tried elsewhere—they were thicker and didn't absorb the broth's flavor well. Overall, I found it to be not worth the price, which was higher than what I typically pay for pho.
Such great food. I love the spicy tofu bahn mi. Lots of vegetarian options. Vegetarian options: Lots of things can be made vegetarian, including spring rolls. The spicy tofu is great, and you can get it as a spicy tofu bahn mi sandwich.
