Papa John's Pizza - Kapolei

The food here is great—always served hot and ready to enjoy. However, my ongoing issue with this place is the sauces. I usually request extra sauces, but they often forget to include them. Additionally, the receipt you receive in-store is sometimes not properly marked, which becomes a problem if you have to pick up food for someone else and don’t have their order on hand. This often results in us missing out on the sauces we requested.

Valentine's Day dinner can be stressful no matter where you go, but John’s went above and beyond to rectify a mistake made by another restaurant. Thank you for saving my evening with my partner by providing a meal for my kids at home! You were also kind enough to send a lovely red rose to our babysitter. Outstanding customer service!

Online ordering is efficient and saves a lot of time, especially since it's often difficult to hear over the phone. I chose to pick up my order because it's much quicker than waiting for delivery, especially when the driver often gets lost since our location doesn't appear on the map. We ordered a New York-style pizza, but I was a bit disappointed because I expected the crust to be more pronounced; it ended up looking like a regular extra-large pizza, which was a letdown but not a deal breaker. This was the main reason for giving a lower rating. We also ordered wings, a small Hawaiian pizza, and a papadia, and everything else was just fine.
