The furniture made of light-colored wood and the walls covered with photographs and other memorabilia of sports clubs provide a cozy atmosphere in the first room. The bar scene here is brilliant.“Old Dutch” is by its own definition a snack bar. In fact, the dishes on offer go beyond simple snacks. The mainstay of the menu are burgers of very creative and most diverse kinds, but it also comprises grilled meat, salads and soups. This orientation of the cuisine along with the appearance of “Old Dutch” made us feel like in a saloon of the Wild West, albeit with a Styrian flavor. At any rate, this is almost a full-blown restaurant and nobody will leave it hungry even if one needs more than just a little snack.Food was good, plentiful, quite nicely arranged and, on top of that, inexpensive. For two main courses and two beverages we paid less than 20 euros! The waitress was friendly even though we kept her busy with a few special wishes. Thus, “Old Dutch” seems worth a visit regardless of whether you would like to eat or just have a drink.
