incredible Turkish cuisine here. I would recommend going for a meal. all main dishes have the options for a meal that has a suppe, salat, desert and a drink, and it is worth it. the food was so tasteful. the interieur is beautiful, the waiting staff spoke great English and was really friendly and helpful. they even brought us a Turkish tee free at the end. everything in everything, fantastic experience. The food looks better than taste. I am not sure that if I got sniffed that day I visited. However, the place located at 悅誠 plaza; the location is near downtown. It does provide parking lot, but not easy to access during holiday. And there are not many seats, suggest to make reservation before visiting there. Staff is ok, but food is not as good as expected. Absolutely delicious, excellent service and well presented. Authentic lighting with glass mosaic lamps and perfect for groups and couples. Wide selection to choose from and would definitely recommend a visit!
Delicious food and halal! The ice was nice. The coffee was great! Black and strong. Your food content was incredibly HUGE! Some can be eaten by two people. A very hungry person can finish their kebab set menu. But I was up to my neck trying to crack the kebab set menu I ordered. The restaurant was pretty hard to find. We didn't use a Google card at the time. But I recommend google map to find the restaurant.
Beautiful Turkish restaurant in Kaohsiung. We ordered 4 salads and 2 main courses, 1 vegetarian pose, steel plate grilled chicken and lamb, and bread. Turkish cook and nice staff. Good place to taste medium Asian cuisine.
The thing that surprised me most about this restaurant is that there was no hummus in sight, anywhere, at all. Perhaps I have been misled, and not all turkish people at hummus. Or otherwise, it might be because I have also never seen a chickpea in Taiwan. Aside from that, I found this restaurant to be very pleasant. The decor is awesome, matching, very turkish and the restaurant is impeccably clean. The kitchen is open and also appears very clean. The service is very attentive (possibly too attentive, every time I took a sip of water it was refilled). The lady at the front counter was enthusiastically using her English on us and we were all provided with complimentary Turkish tea after the meal. The menu is divided into sections and is in Chinese, Turkish and English. As others have said, it is not cheap. Even without any drinks (they don 't sell alcohol anyway), we still paid nt1000 for a meal for 2 people (one salad, two pides and one dessert). From memory the menu sections are: Kebab (seems like an open plate of what would be in a kebab wrap choose your meat and it comes with either rice or flatbread and salad. Pide I highly recommend the special pide because it has 3 types on it so you won 't get sick of the same taste across the entire pide. It has two types of lamb and also cheese. Pot meat cooked in an iron pot. All the meals can be ordered as single order or as a set (which I believe includes salad, a drink and dessert). I didn 't think the set looked like good value and we 're not huge eaters so we just ordered items separately. I would come here again but it 's not the kind of place I would come every week. I am happy we have this restaurant in Kaohsiung as it 's something a little different.
