I took my mother there. we had to go through the drive-thru. We ordered two of the steak bowls. First time for both of us trying them. They were delicious. When I asked why the dining area was closed just that day, I was told because they didn't have enough people working. So we took it home and ate it. View all feedback.
What Todd M doesn't like about Taco Bell:
They shorted us a taco from our order. We went through the drive through and it was slower than normal. On the plus side the lady helping us at the window was extremely nice and accommodating. Didn't realize we were short the taco till we were out of town. View all feedback.
Was an ok experience. They messed up my order but went back through drive thru and they fixed it.
Fast service but…the food did not have on it what it was supposed to have. Ordered Burrito supreme didnt have any meat or sour cream. Food barely warm.

Fast service but if your lobby is closed and the drive through is the only thing open then you should turn your lobby lights off also if you have customers sitting in the parking lot eating you should be able to refill their drinks at least give them a freaking water.... Also you should give your customers their receipts didn't get my receipt either.
First of all when I ask to speak to a manager I expect to speak to a manager instead of being told no I can't. Food was good but you're really gonna sit there and tell me i can't speak to a manager when you get my order wrong AND didn't give me a receipt… don't mean to be a Karen but if a Karen is what I have to be then so be it.
