Salt City Brewing Company - Kansas

Our experience here was overall good. It was a busy night which was expected for the holidays. The food was fantastically cooked, but the portions for the Spinach Dip pita bread was paltry versus the Irish Nachos. The Fish and Chips ended up being more batter than fish. The atmosphere was great with lighting and space was great. As for service it was upsetting that the waitress forgot fries for our kid after being reminded 2 times after everyone had gotten food.

Great beer selection! Great pizza! Wednesday is Trivia.

Grab the brussel sprouts. You won't be disappointed. And a beer of course. Cherrywood blonde is a favorite. Has some smoky notes.

Sunday brunch, nothing special, nothing wrong. The French omelet is the folded variety, small and flat yet the same number of eggs as the larger whipped omelet other chefs prefer for the French style. Both styles legit, simply different executions. Somewhat dry, but still good. The eggs Benedict is a much better choice. Beers were good, if not adventurous. Two Belgian styles during our visit a strong and an amber with the nod going to the Strong.

We had an overpriced expericene here with the sun blasting us thru the big windows! The food was just average, basic service, nothing special.
