What Matt I likes about Roscoe's Bbq:
Great KC BBQ! Caught them just before close. Burnt ends are super tasty and moist. Ribs were a bit fall off bone and good flavor. Love their house bbq sauce! Cheesy corn is great and a nice surprise. The slaw is a dill and light vinegar slaw, beans are on the sweet side with a spicy kick. My entire family preferred Roscoe’s over Joe’s. View all feedback. It's hard to express the feelings that rise up when you take your first bite of a burnt end at Roscoe's. The crunchy exterior teases you with smokiness and quickly gives way to the full flavor of the interior of the chunk of heaven you've just been served.
