Mcalister's Deli - Kansas

Last time I went to mcalister's deli it was for a half sandwich and cup of soup and I ordered it to go and it was so bad I had to return it and get my money back, I reported this experience to their corporate so I will wait and see if it makes any improvement in the operation of the restaurant

It's honestly way overpriced for what it is, and with their staffing shortages, it's def not worth the wait either.

It was very good and all the servers where very nice

Not impressed at all. First issue was that my sister and I wanted to order potatoes but were told they were out, no biggie we switched to something else. But the person after us in line knew the game because she was told the same thing and said “I’ll wait for one” and she got one in no time at all! So they were not out, they just didn’t want to make them? So PSA, if they say they’re out, just say “I’ll wait for more to be made” and you can have one. Also, I’m not sure if it’s the struggle to fin … – show

It is nice place to grab stuff to go but not that good to stay in
