The place was extremely dirty, and the management and service were terrible. Instead of placing a food order, I tried to use the app to offer my assistance, but I was told that labor costs were too high to hire help. It's no surprise the restaurant was in such a filthy state, and to make matters worse, three of the orders were incorrect. I was told "sorry" but never received what I ordered. KFC was delicious! Will be super happy when buffet comes back. These employees were fast and polite. Right team work.
Drive thru attendant was very snatchy, not pleasant in the least.. Sign said, under new management, come say Hi.. Not with that attitude Ma'am..
I drove from Independence to check out KFC because the new manager said it was going to be better. And OMG it is! The chicken isn't greasy like it use to be and they made my order exactly the way I wanted it! Great job! And I will be back!! Thank you! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
Standard KFC. It's nothing to write home about. The clerk was new and needed help. The food was ok. I had chicken strips, and wasn't exactly happy with them. The rest of my party was fine with their food. Great in a pinch.
This restaurant is unpleasant to dine at. I witnessed the cook handling the food with his bare hands. Additionally, I saw some chicken nuggets on the floor.
