I lived in New Mexico for over 20 years, so I'm very judgemental when it comes to Mexican food. What I ate tonight can only be described as absolutely delicious!!!! I ordered the shrimp and veggie filled Chimichangas. Amazing!!! My mother got the seafood taco and enchilada. Again, perfection.
