$6.99 When they cant fulfill the basics or a brisket bagel sandwich, don’t order it. Ad says: Cage-free fresh-cracked eggs, smoked beef brisket, cheddar with smoky chipotle aioli on a Jalapeño Bacon Gourmet Bagel. Here is what i wanted — Here is what i got.

Overall good experience. I'm giving a 1 star hoping that they see this… Anyways, yall need dust the hell out of this place. I have less dust and crumbs under my couch than yall have on the window sills. Growing up with 7 younger siblings our fridge had less finger prints on it than the counters. Lastly, I think the city of mission cleans the streets more often than this Einstein's mops their floor. Regardless, service was good and food was great but cleanliness did not show up to play.

The staff is always friendly in the environment make you feel welcome the place is always clean and and their bagels are always nice and fresh I will recommend the place to my friends and coworkers.

The best experience! Crystal was so nice and always smiling even while working on Thanksgiving morning! We’re in town visiting family for the holidays and stopped in for breakfast. We’ve never been here before so she took time to walk us through many of the options to make sure we would find something we like! Couldn’t speak any higher of this place or it’s employees. The place was clean and food was delicious! Thank you!
