The sandwiches here are fantastic! We tried three different sandwiches along with three different drinks. While none of our plates came back empty, we all left with very satisfied bellies! Although the Google reviews aren't great and seem quite outdated, I still think this is a lovely spot to enjoy a leisurely evening. View all feedback.
What Kasandra Mueller doesn't like about Boulevard Grill:
Picture shown is chicken and waffles. Entire reason we visited. Sadly disappointed for several reasons. 1.... the restaurant is located in a Sheridan. When you walk into the hotel it smelled like smoke, BAD! SMOKE AND MUSTY! 2..They don't serve chicken and waffles. Why is that the your profile poc pic.if that isn't something you serve? To stay close and to place with lighter, healthier eating. her quinoa bowl with spinat hit the place. tammy has us a great service!
Grill is located inside the Four Points Sheridan and is open to the public. Very nice décor, great wait staff and good food. Menu is a bit limited, but it is a Grill not full blown restaurant.
I made two trips to the Boulevard Grill.I joined a friend right at 5PM for drinks. The place was fairly busy, but Jessica made sure to get our drink orders in a timely manner. Drinks were perfect.A few hours later I returned for a drink and placed a to go order for dinner. My order had a few modifications, but it was prepared perfectly and QC checked by Jessica. She read back to me all my modifications that I had requested and she had confirmed.The Caesar Salad with Salmon Fillet was excellent and perfectly executed as requested.Thanks to the Boulevard Grill Chef, crew, and Jessica for making sure everything from my water, to drink, and then dinner to go was excellent!
Surprised at this place 5 minutes from MCI. Food and drinks were good. Our server Jessica made it a even better experience.
Horribly slow service. Took more than 2 1/2 hours to get served, and pay the bill. Ordered a beer and got served a half glass because they had to change the keg, which is fine. Figured I'd wait for the new keg, but 30-40 minutes later still hadn't been changed, so ordered a different kind. Waitress walked by 4 or 5 times, each time saying its coming. Finally it was getting late and had an early flight, so asked for the bill. Again, she walked past table multiple times saying manager had to fix the bill. After 20 minutes, she said she had to retype all into the computer. no comp offer. disappeared after bringing the bill. was going to pay with card but figured that would be another 20 minutes so I left cash.it was probably a overworked, lack of staff situation. But that's no excuse. and if it's that long of a wait, there should be more than just an apology.
