What User doesn't like about The Cheesecake Factory:
Food was good. No good parking for a 87 year old. Long wait even though we saw the same empty tables for hours. Many empty outside and it was a nice day.They must have been short staffed. Had to keep asking for things to be refilled. Food wasn't right and had to be sent back. Recharged for food that was sent back. Charged 3 times for one item. I was in other places in Kansas, but this was very untouched! I love the restaurant is uplifted with upper floor and balcony! The entrance also has a well, garden and benches. Amazing food as usual! I had the herb grilled chicken with potatoes and green beans.Perfection!! Ah that will always be my favorite restaurant! Excellent customer service, I will definitely be back! View all feedback.
