Smoothie King State Line Rd

This restaurant needs to provide new training for their employees immediately. I have decided to stop spending my money here. If you want a real smoothie, I recommend going to Ruby Jeans Juicery instead.

I had to have my smoothie remade three times, and the orders for other people were also incorrect. It may have been an off day, but I was not impressed. I am a regular at my Smoothie King in Jumpfield, Missouri, and the smoothies taste much better there. I noticed that the smoothies here are not as thick, and when I ask for extra protein, I do not receive as much as I do at my usual location. I am not sure how Smoothie King operates internally, but from a consumer perspective, I am unsure if I would want to return to this location due to the lack of quality compared to others.

I was disappointed to discover that this restaurant does not have a drive-thru, despite Google suggesting otherwise. I wasted 30 minutes trying to find out for myself, only to learn the information was false. I do not recommend this place for parents with young children. The whole point of my visit was to see if they had a drive-thru, but unfortunately, they do not.

Stopped at 8:45. apparently says on the door that they close at 9:00. the door was closed. they let me in and said I couldn't order. very bad customer service. they were in tropical smoothie cafe....you took my order a few minutes before they closed.
