Sweet Frog Kannapolis

Overall, this frozen yogurt shop is quite good. They offer a wide variety of toppings, though the flavors are somewhat limited. The place tends to be quite busy. The cashier was friendly but kept us waiting while chatting with a customer about their social media careers and Instagram, which was a bit frustrating, although the wait wasn't too long. She also had a bit of a snarky attitude towards customers, presumably thinking it came off as charming.

We recently visited this restaurant to celebrate my niece's birthday. Our group included several energetic kids, but the staff member we encountered handled it all wonderfully. She remained calm and patient, never showing any signs of frustration. With a warm smile, she even joked around with the kids, which added to the fun atmosphere. The selection of flavors and toppings was impressive, and the restaurant itself was very clean.

I visited Sweet Frog for the first time today with my granddaughters, who have been eager for me to take them for a while. I really enjoyed my frozen yogurt, especially with the fantastic variety of toppings available. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the manager was so patient as she helped me find the right size shirts for all of us. Thank you, Sweet Frog, for such a wonderful experience! I also love your logo—“Fully Rely On God!” I never knew that!

The parking kinda sucks but SweetFrog is delicious. Best Frozen Yogurt around and not too expensive. Pay by the weight of your dessert so try to pile it too high and you'll be fine.

Great yogurt shop, it is very clean and orderly and the yogurt toppings are top notch. I highly recommend ????
