South China - Kannapolis

When we called to complain, we struggled to communicate with anyone on the phone. We had ordered our food online for delivery, but they insisted we come to the restaurant to get new food. We requested either a delivery of new food or a refund instead. They sent someone to pick up the subpar food, but instead of refunding us, they charged us again! We ended up having to dispute the charge with our credit card company. I can confidently say that I will never return to South China Restaurant. I highly recommend that you stay away from this place.

This is the best Chinese food we've encountered in the area. The staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant!
