What Ernie Schinner likes about Ihop:
The only reason why I am giving this restaurant 5 stars is because of the young woman who took my order. She was very friendly and provided great customer service. However, the hostess was unhelpful and seemed disinterested. Our order was not correct - we asked for a dish with eggs and cheese, but received a portion size more suitable for a child. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the experience. View all feedback.
