I waited for 30 minutes as a single rider. I decided to get my order to go, but the staff made the process very slow. When I went back to ask for my fries, the employees gave me a hard time and even laughed at the delay in my order. The staff did not treat me kindly as a customer. Do they treat their own coworkers who are married or brown differently than they do single men?

Awful experience! I visited this restaurant twice and both times the service was very poor. It felt like waiting in line at a soup kitchen, the wait was ridiculously long. How can a restaurant with subpar food be so slow?

I visited this restaurant and ordered the Chick-a-licious. I was asked to wait while it was being prepared. A waiter then served my food, but I noticed that they had forgotten to add the black pepper gravy on top. When I mentioned this to the waiter, he told me to do it myself and rudely said "idk". Feeling embarrassed, I apologized to the cashier for forgetting to add the gravy.

Unfortunately the Hotouch Burger that I ordered didn't even meet the minimum requirement of my expectation. First of all, the size is kinda too small, the thigh meat is kinda stale, hard to munch as if it has been left for so long. The price is just too much for a small package. To me, it's a bad experience. I've been in Restaurant Service before this thing should not happened. The QSC person in charge should take action making sure that the food they are serving is good decent enough to eat. Sorry but It's the truth.

Fast food but not too fast during MCO. Maybe they reduce the staf. Waiting time around 15-20 mins. Be prepare to Q up.
