While I'm not an authority on what counts as “authentic Chinese,” I can say that it felt far from the typical Americanized versions. We tried Jai and egg foo young with white rice, and it was very enjoyable. The server was lively and engaging, providing helpful recommendations. As for vegetarian options, there are three available, but unfortunately no vegan choices. Keep in mind that it has the fast food habit of being a bit oily, but overall, it was definitely tasty.
