Many hatred from others, I had a great experience. I ordered the Zinger (prepared in 2 minutes and fresh) and the grilled Buriyani, it took 15 minutes for the Buriyani as they said, but that meant it was FRESH!! Listen, it's not like an American KFC with the Fire Cole Slav, Potatoes and Pommes, but hey, I didn't come to Sri Lanka for the KFC, but it was a nice change of the pace after many local dishes! This is to highligt the poor delivery standards of the KFC Katugastota outlet. Known for fast food most of the time speed is way below standard dilivery timing. We ardered food delivery around 6.30pm and dilivered at 9.40pm. No one is answering the phone and response levels are poor to its maximum level. Sound like it is very normal to them. The Kandy KFC DALADA VEEDIYA is one of the worst. First of all, what's with the attitude? You guys don't give us free food so please stop like you do. When my husband excused the cashier to place the order he just looked at my husband ignored him and carried on with his work. The place was understaffed took ages to complete our order. The staff there were rude and they just didn't give a two cent. REALLY DISAPPOINTED!
Visited with the family arround 21.00hrs Knowing it's bad and again confirmed the nose down status of the place we love. Cutting corners Ac switched off No servers Horrible bun Washroom is a hell Guy's , you charge a primiuim why do you want to cut corners
Bad customer service, when we ask for extra cheese the lady who was at the counter said not available ,as well as they are not providing tomato sauce (ketchup) for the orderd meals. When we ask the reason as per the management they are not providing it anymore .its very sad to see this kind of international products as well as unprofessional staff.
I ordered pillaf rice they sent me pillaf rice with a KONG BKACK HAIR inside rice. Kandy kfc is a terrible place.not value for money too

Expressing the fustration as this order is done for a family including a little kid. If the business is unable to handle volumes rather stop taking orders than tarnishing the image of whole brand.

Among a lot of negative comments, I had a great experience with 8pcs meal with my family. (8pcs chicken bucket 4packs rice 4 pepsi 4 sets of side dishes 4 tomato sauce) Clean place. Nice and spacious. Yeah, have to wait some time in busy days (shortage of employees) but, It's not a big issue. Great service. Delicious chicken meal.
Went there for a quick meal during the lunch time after a long time. The atmosphere is better than what it used to be. Clean, well organized. The food is the same. Ordered two regular chicken biryani but they forgot to include two gravy which is included in the meal. Instead they gave us one.
One of the worst KFC in Srilanka when it comes to Hygiene, during this pandemic, plastic plates are not washed properly, washroom is leaking and bad smell everywhere, AC is shutdown and sweating. The manager is not helpful at all and he doesn’t even care about these issues, such a horrible place to have food
Awesome flooding experience we have gathered. Their item's are very much tasty, delicious convenient.
Went around 9pm ordered. Enjoyed the meal. Around 9.30, we wanted some ice cream, but nobody was there at that particular counter. When I inquired, they asked one of the salespersons to serve at the ice cream counter. However, we waited for more than 10 minutes there but nobody came, so we had to give up our craving for ice cream. Not the kind of service we would expect from a international food chain outlet.

DOUBLE DECKER BURGER IS SO BIG. tried it at kandy a couple of weeks ago and after that came here and tried. Happy to say both the burgers were just as big as the other and so juicy. 10/10
