Delicious dishes and a thrilling dining experience. The 17000 yen per person course was well-priced. A glass of wine was only 1800 yen. The deer dish was incredibly tender and juicy, a difficult meat to prepare correctly. Overall, an enjoyable dining experience with many delightful surprises. View all feedback.
Wow! if I had an option to give a six star rank, I would probably have given it to this restaurant. every detail was precise! first, when we came, we were enchanted by the clean, modern and beautiful design of the restaurant. the whole evening meal was the service spectacular, even for us (German loudspeakers) they could explain every detail about the dishes. finally eating! beautiful and interesting presentation along with an amazing taste combined with a very good Spanish wine they were absolutely delicious. the Spanish insperation with Japanese touch and ingredients was excellent. I wish I could come back. Please do not miss this restaurant if they are in this opposite.
Generally, decent. The service is great. As a guest, I feel absolutely comfortable while eating. The manager was polite and kind. Astonishing choice of tableware, fully considered the aesthetic. The only disappointments were the spoon for dessert, and the cup for cappuccino should be both smaller. About the dishes: The whole concept was about respiration/ scent of the nature. But, to be honest, I think the concept was not expressed in its strongest way through cooking. Although the wild leaves, and the strong sea smell fish reminds people the picture of the nature in some way, I expect more than that... (The ibrico pork with grilled mushroom is impressive. It was full of flavor. For the other courses, I think they could be more tasty than they were. We had 8 course for 8000yen. So, good value. I will recommend here for its atmosphere and service.
I would give this restaurant six stars if I could! My experience at lunch was fantastic, with every bite of the 8-course menu being delicious. I especially appreciated that they use local products from Ishigawa. While it may be a bit pricey for a special event, the dishes they serve are truly worth every yen. I highly recommend trying it out before it becomes the talk of the town in gourmet news. This hidden gem won't stay a secret for long.
We had a fantastic dinner experience at this restaurant. We made a reservation several months in advance as we were traveling from Yamaguchi-Ken. Although the staff had limited English and our Japanese was also limited, we were able to communicate effectively. Upon arrival, we were escorted to a waiting room with a beautiful wooden table and soothing spa music playing. Each party was seated in the dining room one by one for dinner. The dishes were all creative and delicious, with English translations provided on a card for each course. Our favorites were the lily bulb course and the gazpacho, which were both innovative and unexpected. The only issue we encountered was with the wine pairing, as we noticed other tables receiving pairings with each course but we were not offered one. It would have been helpful to have a card explaining the wine pairings in English, as we have seen at other Michelin star restaurants in Japan.
