Love this Udon Square, maybe more this restaurant than the others they have. Your curry roasted chicken Udon is really good, the curry is not the usual soup, but a thick curry, rather sharp. Your kaga yasai tempura udon are also on site. Definitely recommended for Udon lovers! If you do not have time restrictions, avoid lunchtime, as it is usually quite crowded in the week. Tastiest udon noodles in Kanazawa I've had so far. The Kaga vegetables tempura udon bowl is delicious and healthy. Of course, the noodles are handmade and fresh. Love this place!
