We recently visited a charming Japanese restaurant in Kanazawa, and despite arriving quite late, the staff graciously welcomed us. Though they spoke little English, we managed to communicate with the help of Google Translate and pictures from Google Maps. The sashimi was nothing short of fantastic, and the fish salad with vegetables was fresh and delightful. The beef dish was delicious, and we could see how it was carefully cooked in the open kitchen, adding to the overall experience. The dedication and skill of the chefs were apparent, while the waiter was incredibly patient and sweet. This restaurant is not only a testament to the exquisite cuisine of Kanazawa, but also to the warm and attentive service that made our experience unforgettable.

Excellent food and service. It's not very big and so reservations are needed.

It is delicious to eat. The sashimi is thick, and the tailoring is outstanding. The constant texture of the noto beef goes well with bitter rock salt. For the first time, there is a texture like the liver, and when it s, it goes well with sake. Local sake is also delicious. I want to go again.
