We had the special of the day which was large pasta shells stuffed with ground veal and served with a choice of rosé or gorgonzola sauce. We couldn't decide between the sauces so our wonderful server Jennifer said she would bring us both! Yum, yum, yum! I LOVED both the sauces but the gorgonzola sauce was simply divine. OMG the rosé was awesome too! I could have licked my plate. I'm begging Emanuel to make this a regular menu option (both sauces) or I may go a little Poca Pazzo myself as I try to experience this divine taste again! Jennifer is a gem and a great ambassador for your restaurant and brand! Thank you for giving us an amazing, genuine Italian option in Kanata! Coming back again and again and again!
