Day 3: The Açaí bowl was incredibly refreshing and delicious. The picture really captures it well. The prosciutto and arugula Eggs Benedict is best enjoyed with the arugula; if you eat them separately, the arugula can taste a bit bland. While we loved the banana foster waffles once again, our son found them too sweet for breakfast—they weren't really his thing. As always, the service was excellent! View all feedback.

However, when I spoke to a woman on the line, she abruptly and sternly informed me, “We are not doing that right now, we are too busy for that! You can try later—thanks, bye.” She hung up before I could respond. I am truly shocked and disappointed by the rudeness and lack of hospitality at a four-star resort. Even if they were busy, a simple apology and a polite explanation would have gone a long way. Just wow. View all feedback.

As titanium elite Marriott members, continental breakfast is included. Beautiful pastries and sweet breads and fresh local fruit daily. Service is always very good, staff is friendly and views are spectacular. Today we ordered crisp bacon off regular menu which was burnt. Also, the blackberries in our oatmeal were moldy. We understand not everything can be exemplary all the time. But I would never serve black bacon to a table and still charge $10 for it after we complained about it.
