Really delicious food, nice clean restaurant friendly staff...welcome to recommend a visit!

Visiting family from Edmonton, and highly recommend Iron Grill to anyone passing through! Fries are better than MacDonald's, and everything else is fabulous.

Horrible customer service, sounding very grouchy over the phone just asked if they had deep fried pickles! Then when I got there she acted like it was my fault she was swamped with work! Really need to work on their customer service! I won't be back anyway so they lost my business!

I have been to the Iron Grill twice. The first time was not memorable. The second time I ordered a pepperoni pizza, which was so greasy that we couldn 't even finish it. That 's how you know they use cheap ingredients. The fries, ribs, and chicken fingers ordered were cheap as well. Everything is frozen. Nothing fresh. The steak was so chewy.The atmosphere is dark and uncomfortably quiet. The website states a warm atmosphere, but that is not true. Almost like eating in an empty hallway.The cost is too high for the quality of food. I wouldn 't waste my money there again. I 'm surprised they 're still in business. Maybe because locals don 't have too many options to begin with.
