The food here is the VERY BEST GOURMET dishes, and the ONLY place you can actually get authentic Khmer flavors, where thought was put into creating meals FIR ve... read more The food here is the VERY BEST GOURMET dishes, and the ONLY place you can actually get authentic Khmer flavors, where thought was put into creating meals FIR vegans, not just substituting” or putting tofu instead of meat- and you will never have to explain about not wanting fish sauce or oyster or stock- they are really thoughtfully crafted and works of art, without having to eat animal products. It’s incredible how beautiful and delicious each plate is. I’ve been waiting so long for them to reopen- it’s purely Heaven for your tastebuds.

BTW, I learnt the Chinese word gailan on the menu is called kat na in Khmer, and Chinese broccoli in English.
