I picked up a take-out meal for a friend this evening. I asked for the spaghetti bolognese but WITHOUT the spinach. My waitress, Morgan, went back to the kitchen to check if this was possible. She came back within minutes to assure me this was OK. She went right back to the kitchen to put in my order. It was all packaged up within a short time, I paid (with a tip) and was on my way. 3 different meals and all declared very good and tasty, and of high quality. The service was above-par and very friendly and efficient. Both White Spots in Kamloops have a varied and interesting menu with good healthy choices included. Service can vary as it is often very busy, but it is always better than many similar places.
