Hopefully this Tims is making a comeback. Service used to be spotty at best and order accuracy was not a major focus. But todays visit was good. Clear communication at the drive thru, got the order right, didn't have to wait long so here's hoping the next visit goes just as smoothly! View all feedback.
What Keith Hutchison doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
This has become the worst Tim Hortons that I've ever been to. I have been going here for years before nightshifts to buy bagels for my coworkers. Hadn't been a problem for years but for the last 6 months they often have no bagels or have great trouble understanding that i would like 12. The crowning achievement was 2 weeks ago when i asked for a dozen bagels and they only had ten. When I got the bill it was much high... View all feedback.
Got my daughter timbits and they were Harder than a rock. Last 4 times I've come here they have served me hard donuts and muffins. Not impressed??
Yesterday—the last time Im coming here. It’s ridiculous. Ordered a simple toasted bagel with cream cheese. Had to pay an extra $1 for tomato and for lettuce. See photo. What a joke. Not toasted, a whisper of cream cheese….and this is what constitutes $2 of tomato and lettuce.Could not understand the drive thru due to the person working it had an extreme foreign accent so finally just drove to the window and ordered. Then they said theyd add extra jalapeños??????? Huh??A month ago—Exactly 2 tablespoons of filling (90% rice) in the overpriced “grilled” wraps I purchased that were ice cold and had no extra sauce which I asked for and you charged me for. Each wrap cost $7.50 and completely stuck to the paper. An average person would need 3 of these at least to fill up.You did the same thing last week but I thought Id give you another chance.Quality control and accuracy people!!!!! Its not that difficult.

Hi…… i am driving a truck 30 ft.)and i went to drivethrough window daily for my tea because its 1 am in the morning and need tea or coffee for the drive but today i call the store and ask them to open the window for order and the guy working inside said my boss said we cant serve like this … i mean i want to ask the store boss do i need to bring my truck in drive through which is not possible) or should book a uber daily only for drive through to pick my tea ? …. What is this nonsense… if you cant run the store why dont you sell it or give to some other good management who will serve way better then you.
