this place is not vegan, but offers salads/wraps a quantity of ingredients are veggie, other options are marked. they offer smoked tofu as a filling that is really good how much the time the vegan option is just sweet. we really enjoyed our packaging and it was good to get vegan food in kamloops. What User doesn't like about The Chopped Leaf:
Usually it's a 5/5 star experience, but a few days ago my partner and I went and we didn't recognize the people who worked there. He usually orders the no. 4 and the workers spent more time than normal making our orders because they were chatting. We didn't mind the chatting or that it took a bit longer, but they forgot the egg and pita chip. When we went back to them, they gave us the egg, but forgot the pita chip.... View all feedback.
My last visit to this hacked location was so amazing!! Other then the lady coughed her lungs in the line. To my surprise chopped rewards had with from an email or notification how sad! the staff treated me to a discount and apologised for businesses mistakes of bad performance of a new point program and end of an old. Good job team, you guys rock!!!

Chopped leaf is very tasty! The food is very fresh and the workers are usually friendly. The store on Columbia isn 't very big so sitting down to eat isn 't normally an option unfortunately. In terms of skip the line and order online, the app and website are absolutely terrible. It took me 15 minutes to try to place a simple order because the app takes you to a poorly designed website very clearly not made for mobile devices. The website has no pictures and reminds me of a weird web page from 2004. I found out that the site wouldn 't accept AMEX as a form of payment so when I tried to press back to use a different card, my whole order got deleted and I was signed out. Just a whole frustrating process which is surprising. I thought chopped leaf would be on the website train. Again, the food is awesome and the store is great, but the website and app needs work. (I inserted what the payment approved page looks like. Totally weird and retro in my opinion lol)
Ordered the Santa Fe wrap with chicken and the lentil soup. It was pretty good. The ingredients were nice and fresh. They lost a star because they forgot the avocados and that was the only reason why I ordered that wrap and it had no salsa and a minuscule amount of sour cream. I brought it back and they made me a new one and they were very friendly about it.
The salad was ok but all the 'bits ' that were added were all at the bottom of the salad. Not the most welcoming/comfortable of locations but it is more than adequate for a quick stop
