I visited this Starbucks to enjoy a cup of coffee and relax on my day off, but I was disappointed by the negative atmosphere permeating the place. I observed one of the managers, named Chris, bumping into staff members as they hurried to fulfill orders. She would give them dirty looks and mutter complaints under her breath. It was disheartening to see this older manager treating young employees in such a disrespectful manner, especially when they look up to her. The other manager didn't intervene at all. Overall, this Starbucks lacked the friendly and upbeat vibe you expect from a café. This isn't the first time I've encountered this atmosphere here, but it will certainly be my last until they make some changes in management. I truly feel for the staff who have to deal with such unhappy leadership.
The Starbucks at Columbia McGill is fantastic. The staff is friendly, helpful, and cheerful, always making my day brighter when I visit.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the rude service at the front counter. My wife had to repeat her order four times, and when she requested a receipt, the staff member responded sarcastically, implying that she thought they had made a mistake with her order. When I asked for two packets of sugar with my coffee, they just tossed them onto the counter instead of adding them while brewing. It was an incredibly frustrating experience.

The hours listed for this location are incorrect; it actually closes at 8 PM, although it states online that it closes at 10 PM. Everything else may be perfectly fine, but as someone who works on the road and relies on accurate information, this is quite frustrating!
