Absolutely insane. I came in to an empty lobby...I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes without being greeted... then I was finally greeted.I placed an online order and no one is calling out orders that are ready... Should I just go get my own paid for order?!?! It's also 10 minutes late...The place was also disgusting... look at the counter.Being busy is no excuse to be that rude.Thank for the one guy at the end who checked my order for accuracy and actually spoke to me as I was finally served. Pizza was made hastily but tasted good.Customer service resolved this issue.

This was my favorite pizza spot, but this year in less than 2 months I had 4 issues each in different orders.1) Delivery service: I had to go out to pick up my stuff because he had to many deliveries.2) Food: My pizza came burnt. No reponse from the store even after providing pictures.3) Opening Hours: The store was closed on the app where you collect papa rewards), but open on Ubereats and Skip the dishes.4) Cancelation with no response. My last order was cancelled with no response. Even their customer service tried to call the store and they didn't get a response.Twitter is the only place that gives a response, but all they do is apologize and provide a code that can't be redeemed if the store keeps canceling orders)...Update 2024 Tried again, and still disappointing. See attached a 10 ....

Ordered from them a few weeks ago and they gave me pizza that wasn’t even cut. Called to let the manager know that they didn’t cut the pizzas. He apologized and said next time I ordered i would receive %50 off my order. I called to order and they wouldn’t honour what they told me. Its a shame cuz I like their pizza but I will not go back with horrible customer service and zero integrity like that
