McDonald's - Kamloops

So a new experience high tech use the touch screen to enter your purchase. It was painful to watch people trying to use this I bypassed the screens went straight to the counter. No wait. Ordered a grilled chili chicken wrap. I must not have said it correctly because the counterperson seemed very confused. It was fairly fast coming but I guess when you just stuff the tortilla and salad in a box it requires little time to prep. They seemed to have missed the concept of wrapping. only a small amount of product was in the wrap the rest was in the bottom of the box. Made for a very messy eat

Today, we went through a drive-through and ordered food with a side of fries. I requested mayonnaise instead of ketchup, but was charged 15 cents for each one I ordered. We did not dine in at the restaurant, so I was surprised to be charged for condiments. This experience was disappointing to me.

Good for kid's birthday parties 7 and under, this typical quality food McD's used to be one of my kid's favorite for their play place. Typically priced....

Enjoy our experience each time we eat at this location as the service is always great and they get the order right the first time!

Average fast food. Got turned off by uncleaned restaurant surroundings during peak times. Coffee is still some of the best.
