While there is room for improvement in some areas, such as staff turnover, most visitors had a satisfactory experience and would return again.

When I got my food it was as expected, but I waited in my vehicle for over 20 minutes because the order had been forgotten

If fast food places would take a step back on the fast part. Maybe just maybe they would get the food part right. Keeping the hamburger's pee-cooked on the side...
