What User doesn't like about Match Eatery And Public House Kamloops:
We waited 15 minutes after being seated before anyone attended to us. We ordered steaks for dinner, but they were all overcooked, likely because they were so thin. We usually enjoy great steaks there, but this time was disappointing. Once the waitress arrived, she was friendly and provided decent service, though it took a while for her to get to us. Food was delicious and then the band came on and they were excellent. We had such a fun time. We enjoyed a glass of wine with our meal and then had a specialty coffee and dessert. Then had a couple cups of coffee as we listened to the band. The service was great also. Had a really fun time.
Server was awesome. Good happy hour deals. Even the new manager came by to introduce himself and check on us

The wait wasn’t worth it 45 minutes after ordering got food. Uncooked fries tasteless blackened chicken Over salted sweet potatoes and a server who didn’t really care to busy chatting up her friends called over the manager who blamed short staff for poor service but did nothing else Would never return here saw lots of tables who were sitting and had ordered before us still waiting for there meals after we were done You can’t blame everything on COVID accept some responsibility
Nicole was amazing! Love coming here for UFC love that we can always make a reservation
