I had a fantastic experience with Domino's. The pizza was delicious and the customer service was top-notch. My delivery arrived earlier than expected, and the delivery person was very friendly. It was the best delivery service experience I've ever had. Thank you, Domino's!
Hello, I don't usually write reviews or take part in surveys, but I had to make an exception for the incredible pizza I had last night. It was honestly the best pizza I have had in years. The whole wheat crust, which can sometimes be dry and bland, was light and perfectly baked. The toppings were fresh and plentiful, and they all worked together harmoniously. The pizza arrived quickly, hot, and incredibly fresh. I was so impressed that I felt compelled to leave this review. In a time when many businesses cut corners, I did not see that at Domino's. I highly recommend their pizza and appreciate the effort they put into making fast food into a gourmet experience.
The person who delivered the pizza was Paras Joshi. He was extremely friendly and efficient. In my opinion, he deserves a day off or a raise, especially since it was Canada Day. Instead of spending time with his family, Domino's had him working until 2 in the morning.

Ordered delivery from the Columbia St location tonight, I have celiac disease and have not had a problem before ordering the gluten free crust. However, today they sent me a pizza that was clearly not gluten free and was actually a thin crust. After calling the store and arguing with the manager that the pizza that he remembers making is in fact not the gluten free crust they send a replacement, from the pictures you can clearly see they are different the thin crust has small holes in it, it 's lighter in colour and flakes. They also barely cut the pizza when you order a gluten free crust. They asked for the wrong pizza back, and gave us the replacement. BUT, the manager calls us later to tell us we are wrong and the pizza is gluten free... Not only is he wrong but this guy called us afterward to tell us WE are wrong. Terrible customer service. Deserves 0 stars, will never order from dominos again.
