Bright Eye Brewing - Kamloops

During our visit to a restaurant that offered a variety of herbal options, we were pleasantly surprised to discover Bright Eye Brewing. They serve popcorn chicken and a po-boy made with oyster mushrooms. We tried their new vegan pizza, which was loaded with vegetables and three different types of vegan cheese. The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff was very friendly. They even had high chairs available for families dining with children.

I appreciate that the chefs at this restaurant put effort into creating unique vegan dishes instead of simply altering existing ones. I also enjoy that they frequently update their menu, although I hope they don't remove any of the vegan dishes I've come to love. In the past, I particularly enjoyed their incredible Jackfruit pizza, as well as their delicious fried mushrooms and deep-fried broccoli.

They even provided high chairs for families dining with young children.

The food and drinks at this restaurant are consistently excellent! However, the service is often lackluster. The servers I have encountered give off a sense that they see you as an inconvenience and do not check in on you regularly.

The beers at this restaurant are excellent, and the pizza is highly recommended. However, it is advisable to avoid ordering the gyoza.
