Me and some friends stopped in last night around 9 before heading out on the road again and our waitress, Ashley was fantastic! She was super friendly and interactive. She came back a few times to make sure everything was okay and brought us a jug of water as it was busy and she had a table with a lot of people to wait as well so it was perfect. What User doesn't like about Boston Pizza:
Worst service ever. It has always been a disappointment when visiting BP over the years, but reminiscent of BP in the 90's, 2000's we have tried to enjoy good ol BP. Since every visit seemed to be more disappointing than the last we decided to order pick to take home and avoid the useless servers and feeling of invisibility by all staff we have found growing in this restaurant franchise. I dined here with a friend in the late afternoon. The lounge had a fair amount of people in it, but by no means were they full. Service was great until we had a problem with one of our dishes (We had ordered 4 to share among us, and were planning on taking the leftovers home), it was so salty and inedible. We got the attention of our sever and had asked for them to return it to the kitchen as we couldn't eat it. We received attitude from our server regarding the dish, and she didn't offer to replace it with a new one. She simply didn't return to the table after that until we were clearly ready to go, with our coats on and basically standing by the table. When she dropped off our bill, we noticed it hadn't been taken off our bill, so we pointed that out. She angrily left and brought back a new bill, still giving us attitude. We left our sever 40% of our bill despite our better judgement, and at this point she decided she would speak to us again. I probably wont go back.
The hubs and I wanted to use a gift certificate, so we decided to go to the Sahali location (I had a bad experience with the downtown location.)
The owner of Boston Pizza should be held accountable for tarnishing the reputation of Boston with their pizza.
I really enjoy BP restaurants for their menu options, pricing, and service. However, one aspect that I am not fond of is the noise level in the restaurant.

Not just this location. Every one we have visited. Long story short ... got to the restaurant, waited in a ridiculous line and was then told I never had placed an order. They had nothing for me. Wow BP. Your last chance with us was a banger!
