A&W Restaurant - Kamloops

The burgers are tasty, but overly salty. I had previously complained about this issue about a year ago, and it seemed to have been resolved as the burgers were less salty. I believe they may be adding salt during the cooking process unnecessarily, which detracts from the natural beef flavor.

The cashier at this restaurant during the busy lunch rush was exceptional. She greeted every customer with kindness and maintained a poetic demeanor. Despite being very fast, she was also very efficient and never made any mistakes. She even helped me navigate the menu and choose a delicious treat to enjoy, especially since I have poor vision. I will definitely visit this place again on all my future trips through Kamloops, hoping to see Adrianna!

I mistakenly entered my name incorrectly, experienced long wait times inside the restaurant, and feel that there is considerable room for improvement in terms of service.

The Onion Rings, which are made fresh at this location were great. As a family we enjoyed them immensely as we ordered and took all our orders home for a quick Sunday lunch. The various burger menu options we ordered were good as well. But it was those onions which made our lunch experience so tasty. If you want great Onion Rings, check out this location.

It's so great to find a fast food outlet that gives you healthy choices, like grass-fed beef, hormone-free chicken, even lettuce-wrapped burgers (without the bun), and to top it off, APP orders for wait-free pick-up: W O O H O O. Thank you A&W
