The atmosphere is pleasant, warm, and inviting – just the right kind of place to feel at home. It was a special experience for us: I attach great importance to discovering that one traditional shop in every city that 's like a local. And that 's exactly the feeling we had here. I particularly liked the pictures on the windowsill – they show what the restaurant used to look like before it was remodeled. I was very impressed that the history and respect for one 's roots weren 't erased but consciously integrated into the new design as a reminder. The food was also a culinary highlight: We had the bowl with salmon and fried potatoes – everything freshly prepared, very delicious, and simply perfect. Sandra recommended a Pinot Gris to accompany it, which went perfectly with the wine. The quality of the food even exceeded our expectations – fresh, flavorful, and lovingly served. The service was warm, attentive, and just the right amount of presence—not intrusive, but pleasantly approachable. The menu was also impressive, with a nice selection for vegetarians. The dessert menu looked tempting, but unfortunately, we were too full for that—one more reason to return soon! A restaurant with heart, history, great cuisine, and an atmosphere that makes you want to linger. For us, it was an all-round successful visit—and we 're already looking forward to trying more dishes soon.
