鎌倉にある、こだわりの詰まったガレットとクレープのお店です。 路地一本入ったところにあるのですが、クレープの看板を目印に辿り着けます。 バター シュガーをいただき... read more 鎌倉にある、こだわりの詰まったガレットとクレープのお店です。 路地一本入ったところにあるのですが、クレープの看板を目印に辿り着けます。 バター シュガーをいただきましたが、生地の香ばしい香り、バターの芳醇な香りがただよい、クレープは、カリッとサクッとした部分と、もっちりとした部分の両方があって、美味しかったです！ お一人で作られているので、団体さんがいると、時間がかかります。 ただ、ご主人のこだわりが詰まっているので、そういうのが好きな方は気にいると思います。家族連れの常連さんがいらっしゃっていました。納得するものが少ないので、焼き菓子やコンフィチュール、アイスクリームも自分で作られているようです。オーボンヴュータンみたいです。 ぜひまた伺いたいお店が増えました！ 2023.04追記 紅茶のアイスクリームも美味しかったです。紅茶の香りがしっかりと立っていて、ほんのり苦味も感じられて、とても素晴らしかったです。 A galette and crepe shop located in Kamakura.
