Despite being located near a busy road, the restaurant is tucked away on a quiet side street, making you feel miles away from the hustle and bustle. The natural timber interior and small garden create a serene atmosphere that is truly unique. The bread selection is creative and delicious, with a nice variety of options. The only suggestion would be to use more wholemeal flour. The meditative quietness of the restaurant is a key charm, so it's best to keep conversations low and enjoy the contemplative experience. Just be mindful not to park at the nearby 7 Eleven if the restaurant's parking spaces are full, as we learned the hard way. Overall, this place is a hidden gem that makes me grateful to be in Japan.

The café is conveniently located a 15-minute walk from the Great Buddha/Daibutsu, making it a great stop for visitors. However, since it is on a small side street, I recommend bringing a map or using your phone for directions.
