Well, it was an excellent experience vastly different from other bank branch. Had visited 1st occasion for my PL closure and was well guided by Vishika (SC Bank Representative). She even took step ahead and gave information which was not aware to speed up the closure process. Today visited 2nd time and my paper work is done. Vishika was very courteous and fast in her work.
