First, eating is absolutely amazing and tasty the only problem is bad customer service regarding the setting of the people there working mainly the cans kitwe including one in mukuba mall, where they look at the status before they are served in the time. Remember, hungry lion is a family cafeteria where most people prefer to go and sit and enjoy the comfort and the quality of the meal, but if the settings of their employees go on to these places, it can attract bad business. many thanks for their services in these other outlets hungry ion.

Very expensive but beautiful products. its high class

Let's be honest, hungry lion will always taste great. No matter what they order, how long they wait for it and they will probably wait a long time it is a great friend huh. the personal may sometimes not be helpful and always seems to be a problem when it comes to their drinks (either they take them when they pay for anything or they will not give them when they are hand in their quitting) but it is great eating with a great price tag.

Service can be slow, but their chips are really good

The food is great but the fries usually too little, you can count them on one hand...literally. Now coming to the main reason I am writing this review, customer service. It is really bad. Guys the reason why you have that job or business is because, someone (Customer) paid to get a service or product from you and thats what puts bread and butter on ur table. Don't act like your doing me a favour when i am paying you. This attitude needs to change.
