What JOTU10 doesn't like about Kallskaenken:
The interior and place was lovely, very hipsterish and the menu looked good. However, once we had ordered, the dishes weree rather small and for example the rib-eye steak had a vast amount of extra fat on it which could not be eaten. All in all, quite disappointed after hearing from locals that the place is quite good. Of course, Kalmar is a small city but one would think that they would know better. View all feedback.

Good food and good portions. we had bought tarragon hä and rice with the app karma
Lunch was delicious. But the dinner is better. The atmosphere is relaxed, the food is suberb and the staff is friendly. The dinner has been vegetarian when I have visited, during lunch they serve meat as well. I can recommend their vegetarian food warmly.
This restaurant is always a delight, with fantastic food and excellent service. It is considered the best restaurant in Kalmar for lunch.
