One of the best cafés in Kalmar. It is the absolute opposite of lets say espresso house or other franchise coffejoints. I have a rustic feeling, great sandwiches and beautiful staff. View all feedback.

This place brings back many memories and I always try to visit when I am back in Kalmar.
Cosy cafe for traditional Swedish FIKA and sandwiches
Atmospheric cafe, that feels like visiting someone’s grandparents house. Unpretentious and rustic place. Understanding the menu was a bit challenging without native level Swedish language skills, but we managed. ‘Stor ost macka’ aka basic cheese and vegetable sandwich was nice.
'Mysigt ' in swedish sounds like the right word to describe this place, especially if you don 't speak or understand swedish
